I understand what you're going through because I was this whole week, and I'm always available to talk to and discuss.
I noticed talking to my parents was a good idea; one I should've done since Monday. You might feel a bit uncomfortable, but my dad was there for me when I needed a shoulder to cry on. So was my mom. They really gave me confidence, and if I didn't believe them, I would've been a total wreck yesterday.
It's like the Cheryl Crow song 'The First Cut is Always the Deepest'. I can tell you for sure; you may go through heartbreak again, but if you get through this, it'll never be this bad. It might mess with you for a long time.
But I can tell that you're strong.
